One of the most special gifts I’ve ever received was my first computer, which was given to me by my parents when I was 16 years old. It was a moment I’ll never forget, because I had been dreaming of owning a computer for a long time.

At that time, I was really interested in technology and programming, and I used to spend hours reading about computers, but I didn’t have one of my own. I often had to borrow my cousin’s or use the computer at school. So, when my birthday came and my parents surprised me with a brand-new desktop computer, I was absolutely over the moon.

They had kept it a secret and set it up in my room before I came home. When I walked in and saw it on my desk, I couldn’t believe my eyes. I actually stood there in shock for a few seconds, then ran to hug my parents. It was a very emotional moment because it showed how much they supported my interests.

That computer became more than just a machine for me. It opened up a whole new world. I started learning how to code, edit videos, design websites, and even fix small technical issues. It played a huge role in shaping who I am today and influenced my future goals and career choices.

This gift was truly special—not just because of its value, but because of the opportunities it gave me and the love behind it. It was a turning point in my teenage life, and I will always be grateful for it.
